SUMMARY:

Reproductive and obstetric disorders are among the most common in the medical and surgical clinic of small animals. Cases seen in clinics in the metropolitan region of Belém, Pará, related to reproduction and obstetrics in the period 2018 to 2021 will be evaluated. The objective will be to describe the clinical characteristics, as well as diagnosis, prognosis and possible treatments recommended by the literature, in addition to exposing some cases attended and their outcomes after the appropriate maneuvers and specific clinical and/or surgical treatments. The most diagnosed conditions are: breast neoplasms, pyometra, dystocic birth, fetal maceration, transmissible venereal tumor, hemometra, cryptorchidism, breast hyperplasia, leiomyoma, testicular neoplasm, prostatomegaly, uterine prolapse, prostatic cysts and cystic endometrial hyperplasia. The clinical cases will be correlated with sex, age, race, food and place of creation, being submitted to the Pearson correlation test, with 5% significance.
