Muscovy ducks are bred extensively on Marajó Island in the state of Pará. They are birds that adapt well to the climate condition of the island. The occurrence of endoparasites was a point of concern, as they promote major economic losses, and the use of prevention measures is considered the best strategy. This research for information regarding the Muscovy duck helminths of Marajó Island, was in order to generate knowledge about the parasitic biodiversity of these animals that is little reported. This study was conducted at the Laboratory of Animal Histology and Embryology, Institute of Health and Animal Production, from October 2018 to October 2019, where 33 samples of Muscovy ducks, Cairina moschata domestica, from Soure, Ilha were analyzed. from Marajó. Samples were taken and packed in 1L plastic bags and refrigerated in expanded polymer boxes to the laboratory. Each sample was individualized in a Petri dish to collect helminths, and the helminths found were processed. The analysis to determine the ecological indices of parasitism was by prevalence, mean intensity of infection and average abundance. Of the 33 samples analyzed, 63.63% were female and 36.36% male. Of the 33 specimens analyzed, 93.93% (n = 31) showed parasitism, and 6.07% (n = 2) did not observe parasitism.
