USE OF DRONE FOR EVALUATION OF LIGHTS IN FOREST MANAGEMENT AREA
Orthomosaic, clearings, drone, vectorization, forest management.
The present study was developed in the Annual Production Units (UPA) 06, 12, 15 and 16 explored in the years 2008, 2014, 2019 and a control area respectively, located in the area of forest management belonging to the private company ABC Norte Agropecuária - Farm Pacajá, in the municipality of Portel - Pa. 10 drone overflights were carried out at home UPA randomly, with 10 ha each, totaling 100 ha in each annual production unit. The orthomosaics of the flights performed were made and then the vectorization of all clearings in all annual production units flown in order to observe the distribution and size of these in the collected areas. In the present study, it was also analyzed whether the species and diameter classes influenced the size of the clearing, and it was found that there is a significant relationship between the slaughtered species and the diameter classes with the size of the clearing. In the clearing classes, it was observed that what prevailed among all annual production units was the presence of clearings in the small class that were 99% in UPA 06, 100% in UPA 12, 94.67% in UPA 15 and 100% in UPA 16. For the middle class of clearing, UPAS 12 and 16 did not present a predominance of this class, only annual production units 06 and 15 presented 1% and 4.08% respectively. For the upper class only the UPA 15 presented 1.25%.
