RESUMO:

The Amazon has a great diversity of tree species, and a set of the most common species has been domesticated over time, contributing to the floristic composition and structure of the forest at present. The different tree compositions observed in the Saracá Taquera National Forest plateaus may be the result of the influence of Amazonian populations, where species distribution and abundance patterns vary greatly and may be linked to the historical process of domestication of species to the detriment of their uses. The objective of this dissertation is to evaluate the floristic composition and tree phytosociological structure in 10 plateaus of FLONA Saracá Taquera, analyzing the influence of its uses by Amazonian populations on the floristic composition and structure of the forest. From a database resulting from floristic inventories carried out on the 10 plateaus (Almeidas, Aramã, Aviso, Bacaba, Bela Cruz, Cipó, Greig, Monte Branco, Saracá and Teófilo), floristic and phytosociological analyzes of diversity and of vegetation structure. There were 158,650 individuals (DBH ≥ 10 cm), in a total of 1,294 species, distributed in 301 genera and 72 families. The number of species ranged from 271 on the Greig plateau (142 ha) to 781 species on the Saracá (1320.5 ha). Considering all plateaus, the highest diversity or species richness was presented by Fabaceae (209) and the highest abundance value by Sapotaceae (21,366 individuals). Fabaceae was the richest species in the 10 plateaus. There was similarity in floristic abundance between Almeidas and Bacaba (Arecaceae); Aramã, Bela Cruz, Greig and Teófilo (Burseraceae); Aviso, the Cipó, the Monte Branco and the Saracá (Sapotaceae). The most abundant species in the sample of the 10 plateaus were bacaba (Oenocarpus bacaba) - 11,171 individuals, quinarana (Geissospermum sericeum) - 5,252, jacamim branco (Rinorea racemosa) - 4,971, canela de jacamim (Rinorea riana) - 4,691, matamatá branco (Eschweilera coriacea) - 3,038, acariquarana (Rinorea guianensis) - 2,686 and barrotinho (Tetragastris panamensis) - 2,569. The Shannon index of the 10 plateaus corresponded to H '= 5.52 and ranged from 4.32 on the Bacaba plateau to 5.35 on the Saracá plateau. Simpson's dominance index corresponded to D = 0.012 and Equability J = 0.77. The O. bacaba was the most abundant species in seven plateaus, G. sericeum in Aramã, R. racemosa in Monte Branco and R. riana in Saracá. No species occurred in the 1,299 inventory plots. The most frequent were: G. sericeum (1,221), O. bacaba (1,190), R. racemosa (1,032). 267 species (20.63%) occurred in only a portion, of these 243 had only one individual. The highest values of basal area and coverage value index in relation to all plots were presented by G. sericeum with 636.64 m² / ha. The diameter structure in the 10 plateaus exhibited a logarithmic curve, characterized by the high proportion of trees in the first diameter classes, exact 100,549 (61.37% of the total). After these analyzes, to evaluate these differences in the floristic composition between the plateaus correlating with the phytosociological aspects of the species and their uses, the Phytosociological and Socioeconomic Index (IFSE) model will be used, as well as a bibliographical review of the historical occupations. of the region, linking it to a database of tree species uses that includes a total of 469 species.
