SUMMARY:

Production chain is a set of activities developed from raw materials to final consumers. When it comes to the açaí production chain, we can say that it is one of the most important in the State of Pará, aggregating small, medium, large producers and extractivists in different production systems. The opening of new markets, the demand for the product, the intensification of new plantings, the implementation of new technologies, more productive varieties, transport and processing logistics, the phytosanitary threats of quarantine pests and of economic importance are factors that require management public and private initiative greater attention to the sector. Within the scope of the Public Policy for Agricultural Defense, which includes the phytosanitary area (diseases and pests) in all its breadth and complexity in matters that range from the health of agricultural crops to the quality of products of plant origin, the information systems they are essential tools for monitoring activities in the field almost in real time, as well as a source of data for planning actions, decision-making and a base source for generating reports. Public Administration has been undergoing transformations inherent to the evolutionary conditions of society, which seeks speed, transparency and effective results for the services demanded by society. The objective of this work is to identify the spatial concentration of açaí production and the flow routes from the GTV records, as well as to evaluate the perception of açaí producers and extractivists about the socioeconomic impacts of traceability from the implementation of the GTV. Data collection will be carried out through GTV emissions - Vegetal Transit Guide, property registration, registration of Production Units -UP's, estimated cultivated area (ha), estimated production (ton.), total fruit transported (ton. ), will be obtained through the Agricultural Integration System 3.1 database of the Agricultural Defense Agency of the State of Pará – ADEPARÁ. Other environmental parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, soil texture, seasonality, etc. will be considered. A descriptive statistics will be made to evaluate the influence of climatic variables and the occurrence of diseases and pests in plants.
